A small company that answers its own phone
Wave Point was formed in 2026 to do one thing: take operational work off small businesses, using automation they would never have the staff or the time to build for themselves.
Why we lead with the free work
Every business owner we talk to has been promised time savings before, by somebody selling a licence. We do not sell software, so there is nothing here to upsell you into.
The three-month proof of concept exists because an argument on a website is worth very little against three months of results on your own data. It is cheaper for us to prove it than to persuade you.
- First
The number gets agreed before the work
Hours saved per week, denial rate, days in accounts receivable — whichever one matters to you. Written down in week one so neither of us can move the goalposts later.
- Throughout
You talk to the people building it
There is no account manager between you and the work, because there is no account manager.
- Always
We will tell you when we are not the answer
Some problems are not worth automating and some are beyond what we can responsibly take on today. Saying so is cheaper for everyone than finding out in month three.
Where we actually are
Wave Point is early. We are self-funded, we are working with our first dental practice now, and we have not published client results because we do not have any to publish yet.
We would rather you heard that from us. What it means in practice: you get direct attention from the people doing the work, and you are not paying for anybody’s sales team.
Your data, plainly
We scope engagements to administrative workflows. Where a workflow would touch protected health information, we confirm the compliance requirements with you before any work starts — and we will tell you plainly if something is out of scope for us today rather than work around it.
Everything shown on this site, including the dental workflow, runs on synthetic data we generated for testing. No patient information has ever been part of it.
Who you would be working with
A two-person team: an engineer who builds and runs the automation, and an advisor who has taken products from nothing to production before.
That is small enough that the person who maps your workflow in week one is the person who is still answering about it in month six.
Why dental first
Because our first client is a dental practice, and because dental revenue cycle is a problem where the cost is measurable and the fix is unglamorous. We would rather go deep on one industry until the work is genuinely repeatable than be shallow across five.
Talk to the people who would do the work
No sales call, because there is nobody here to make one. Thirty minutes on your operation, and an honest read on whether we can help.
